Protectapeel Boothstrip

Protectapeel Boothstrip is a water based peelable protective coating designed to protect walls, floors and working surfaces within a spray booth from overspray and contamination.
The coating will withstand temperatures up to 80°C and provides a light reflective surface for better working conditions.
Protectapeel Boothstrip can be overcoated several times before peeling as part of the maintenance program.

Reduce cleaning time by 50%
Every minute your spray booth is shut down for cleaning is a minute you’re not painting, and not earning. In busy paint shops, overspray quickly builds up on walls, floors, lights, and fixtures, turning simple wipe-downs into hours of scraping and heavy solvent use.
That means skilled painters stuck cleaning instead of spraying, production delays during deep cleans, and rising chemical costs as stubborn overspray accumulates. Protectapeel solves the problem by creating a peelable barrier across booth surfaces that captures overspray before it sticks.
It can be oversprayed multiple times and, when fully coated, simply hand-peels away, taking all the overspray with it and revealing the original clean surface underneath.
This eliminates the need for harsh solvents and chemicals during cleaning, making booth maintenance faster, safer, and far less labour intensive. Just reapply with an airless spray gun and your booth is protected again.
The result? Cleaning time reduced by up to 50%, brighter and more reflective surfaces, better spray visibility, and more time doing what matters: spraying, not scraping.
Peel your way to faster, cleaner spray booths
Once the coating becomes heavily layered with overspray, Protectapeel can simply be peeled away by hand, removing the accumulated paint and revealing the clean surface underneath.
It simply condenses into a small ball and can be returned to our manufacturing facility for free recycling within the UK.

Yes, Protectapeel can be applied to a range of non-porous surfaces, including flooring, sanitary basins, countertops, windows, frames, and doors. Before project handover, it can be easily removed by hand peeling, revealing clean, undamaged surfaces without delays or additional costs. Before application, you must always apply the Protectapeel product to a small test area to test the substrate’s suitability. You must ensure that all substrates are well covered. Allow the product to dry for 48 hours, and then check that the Protectapeel product will peel away from each substrate.
Protectapeel offers a simple solution for protecting countertops during construction. It can be applied directly without the need for measuring, cutting, or taping. Simply spray it on, allow it to dry, and it will shield countertops from damage such as scratches, mortar, and paint overspray. Factories can reduce energy consumption through measures such as upgrading equipment, optimizing processes, implementing energy-efficient technologies, and using renewable energy sources.
Protectapeel is designed to protect surfaces from costly damage during manufacturing, construction, storage, and transportation. It helps minimise delays caused by repairs or replacements and reduces cleaning costs.
Protectapeel is applied using an airless spray gun, eliminating the need for measuring or cutting to size (if you used protective film or board). It is quickly applied taking just 49 seconds per m².
